Meet your guide Samantha Jo Harvey

Samantha is a 10-year Radio City Rockette veteran and former Nike Master Trainer. She has performed with JLo on SNL, Pitbull on America’s Got Talent, and with global brands including Harley-Davidson, MAC Cosmetics, and Toyota. She has been featured in fitness videos with Beachbody, Denise Austin, and Livestrong; all early performance experiences that shaped her leadership through movement.

For years, her body was trained for outward performance: precision, perfection and approval. Success lived on the surface. Her return to the body began only when the performance identity fell away.

Initiating her divorce, was her first act of embodied self-trust, and her entry point into the personal development world. Years later, when her performance career ended, a deeper reclamation began.

Through pole dance, a profound feminine awakening, choosing health over aesthetics (including removing her breast implants), and becoming a mother, she crossed the threshold from performance into embodiment, reclaiming the body as a place of listening, sensation and wisdom.

Movement (specifically ballet class) became her prayer, the place she feels most at home, most connected, and most guided.

Her work is rooted in the belief that women are multidimensional af: built to hold business, ambition, power, and softness all at the same time.

Today, she guides women home to themselves through 1:1 mentorship, retreats and group programs in devotion to the body as oracle: where sensation is truth, movement is remembering, and self-trust is cultivated from the inside out.

Who is the retreat for?

This retreat is for women ready to feel charged and fully alive in their bodies. Women who are ambitious, self-aware, and craving a deeper relationship with their body, power, and self-trust..and women who wanna dance, move and have some fcking fun!

Do I need movement or dance experience?

If you have a body, you already know how to move! All movement is guided, intuitive, and adaptable. This is about listening to your body, activating new flavors and textures of your movement and freedom. We will have choreography, but this is a supportive af environment designed to love you, expand you, and discover new parts of you.

What are the retreat dates and location?

April 16-21, 2026 in a private luxury villa in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

What's included in the retreat?

Luxury accommodations in private and semi-private rooms, all meals, movement sessions, and transfer to airport if you're arriving/departing within the group time frame. Additional excursions may be planned by the host.
